Cancellation Policy
At EDTUK, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all dog owners. We understand that plans can change, but to keep things fair for everyone, please note that all bookings are non-refundable once made, and we’re unable to offer exchanges or transfers. If you’re running late, keep in mind that sessions will be shortened. You are solely responsible for your dog and vehicle during your visit. For training, please remember to bring a treat pouch with lots of high value treats/ your dog’s favourite toy and bags to clean up after your dog. You will be required to take any bags home with you.
