Behaviour challenges can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, meaningful progress is possible. My Behaviour & Confidence Coaching Programme provides personalised, one-to-one support, helping you understand the emotions driving your dog's behaviour while building confidence, trust and practical skills through science-led, force-free, reward-based coaching tailored to your dog's individual needs. Whether you're navigating reactivity, fear, anxiety, frustration, over-arousal, confidence building or other behavioural concerns, every coaching programme is individually designed to meet your dog's unique needs. Together, we'll identify the underlying causes of the behaviour and develop a realistic, achievable plan to support lasting, positive change. This is more than behaviour training, it's a personalised coaching journey designed to improve your dog's emotional wellbeing, strengthen your partnership and give you the knowledge and confidence to continue making progress long after your sessions have finished. Your Behaviour & Confidence Coaching Programme includes: Initial Behaviour Consultation – 90 minutes Follow-Up Three Coaching Sessions – 60 minutes The follow-up sessions are recommended weekly, allowing time to implement your personalised training plan while ensuring continued guidance and progression. Every coaching programme is delivered using the latest science-led, evidence-based, force-free training methods, placing your dog's emotional wellbeing, confidence and long-term success at the heart of every recommendation. Following completion of your programme, continued coaching is available should you wish to maintain momentum and build upon your dog's progress: Continued Behaviour & Confidence Coaching – Individual 60-minute Session: £99 Continued Behaviour & Confidence Coaching – 2 x 60-minute Sessions: £195 Once your programme has been purchased, I will personally contact you within one working day to welcome you, send your consultation questionnaire and programme documentation, and arrange your initial behaviour consultation at a mutually convenient time. Any follow-up appointments will then be scheduled together to ensure your dog progresses at the right pace. To ensure every owner receives the highest level of personalised support, coaching places are reserved upon purchase. Please ensure you are happy to proceed before completing your booking. Cancellation Policy
Coaching Programme Policy, Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Coaching Programme. Your programme place is reserved upon receipt of payment. Within 24 hours of your purchase, I will personally contact you to welcome you to the programme, provide your consultation questionnaire and arrange your first coaching session. Cancellation Before Your First Session If you wish to cancel your programme before your first coaching session, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable UK consumer legislation. Where legally permitted, Enriched Dog Training UK reserves the right to deduct any reasonable administrative costs or non-refundable third-party payment processing charges incurred. Travel Home visits and real-life coaching within a 10-mile radius are included in your programme. Appointments beyond this distance will incur a travel fee of 50p per additional mile, calculated on the return journey. Any applicable travel costs will always be confirmed before your appointment is arranged. Rescheduling Appointments As your coaching sessions are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice should you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment. Where at least 72 hours' notice is provided, we will be happy to rearrange your session, subject to availability. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, will be considered delivered and that coaching session will be forfeited.
