Service Description
The 6-week Behaviour and Confidence Coaching Community Our Behaviour & Confidence Coaching Community is designed to support dogs who need a little extra help navigating the world with confidence. Through expert guidance, practical coaching and a welcoming, supportive environment, you'll gain the knowledge and skills to better understand your dog's behaviour while building trust, resilience and lasting progress together. Each weekly session combines science-led, force-free training with carefully structured exercises that support your dog's emotional wellbeing, confidence and ability to make calmer choices. Working alongside a small group of like-minded owners, you'll learn how to recognise your dog's individual needs, strengthen your partnership and develop practical skills that can be applied to everyday life. Throughout the programme, we may focus on: Building confidence in everyday environments Understanding your dog's emotions and behaviour Calmness and emotional regulation Engagement and connection Focus around distractions Developing coping strategies Confidence around people, dogs or novel environments Impulse control and relaxation Real-life training and proofing Personalised coaching to overcome individual challenges Every dog progresses at their own pace, with personalised guidance provided throughout the programme to help you build lasting confidence and achieve meaningful, long-term success. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. As class sizes are intentionally kept small, bookings are reserved upon receipt of payment. Cancellations Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once the course has commenced. If you need to cancel before the course begins, please notify Enriched Dog Training UK in writing as soon as possible. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and UK consumer legislation. Suitability This community is designed for dogs who can work safely within a small group environment. If your dog has a recent bite history, displays severe aggression, or is unable to cope around other dogs despite appropriate distance, a Behaviour Consultation may be recommended before joining. Please contact us if you are unsure. Dog Health & Welfare Dogs must not attend if they are unwell or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness, including kennel cough or other infectious conditions, must remain at home until fully recovered. Safety Dogs must remain on lead unless instructed otherwise. Dogs must not approach or greet other dogs unless invited as part of a structured exercise. Owners are responsible for their dog's behaviour and must follow instructor guidance throughout the course. Only force-free training equipment is permitted. Prong collars, choke chains, slip leads used for correction and electronic collars are not allowed. Owners must clean up after their dogs and help maintain a calm, respectful learning environment. Missed Classes Missed classes cannot normally be refunded or transferred. Where possible, guidance or homework will be provided to support your progress at home. Severe Weather If weather conditions make classes unsafe, sessions may be adapted, relocated or rescheduled. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible. Female Dogs in Season Please contact us before attending if your dog comes into season. We will advise on the most appropriate option for your dog and the welfare of the group. Training Philosophy All classes are delivered using science-led, force-free, reward-based training methods, placing your dog's emotional wellbeing, confidence and long-term success at the heart of every session. Any methods relying on fear, pain or intimidation are not permitted.
