The 6-week Puppy Coaching Community is designed to give you and your puppy the very best start in life through expert guidance, practical training and a welcoming, supportive environment. Each weekly session combines science-led, force-free training with carefully structured exercises that help your puppy develop confidence, focus and essential life skills. Working alongside a small group of like-minded owners, you'll learn how to build a calm, connected partnership while strengthening your puppy's ability to navigate the world with confidence. Cancellation Policy
Coaching Programme Community Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course. As class sizes are intentionally kept small, your place is reserved once payment has been received. Cancellations Course bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once the course has commenced. If you need to cancel your booking before the course begins, please notify Enriched Dog Training UK in writing as soon as possible. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable UK consumer legislation. Dog Health & Welfare The health and wellbeing of every dog attending our classes is our highest priority. If your dog has experienced vomiting and/or diarrhoea, they must not attend class and should remain symptom-free for a minimum of 48 hours before returning. If your dog develops an infectious illness or is otherwise unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your individual circumstances before attending. Enriched Dog Training UK reserves the right to refuse attendance if a dog is considered unwell or poses a risk to the health and welfare of other dogs. Missed Classes Unfortunately, missed classes cannot normally be refunded or transferred, as your place has been reserved for the duration of the course. Where possible, guidance and homework may be provided to help you continue your training at home. Severe Weather The safety and welfare of both dogs and owners will always take priority. Where weather conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe, classes may be adapted, relocated, rescheduled or, where appropriate, replaced with alternative training activities. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. Safety Dogs must remain on lead unless instructed otherwise by me. Owners are responsible for their dog's behaviour at all times and must use suitable, well-fitting equipment throughout the course. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone attending. Training Philosophy All classes are delivered using science-led, force-free, reward-based training methods, placing your dog's emotional wellbeing, confidence and long-term success at the heart of every session. Female Dogs in Season If your female dog comes into season during the course, please contact us before attending. Where possible, we will work with you to provide appropriate alternatives
