Service Description
The early months of your puppy's life help shape the dog they will become. Our Puppy Coaching Programme provides personalised, one-to-one support, helping you build confidence, strengthen communication and develop essential life skills through science-led, force-free, reward-based training tailored to your puppy's individual needs. From toilet training and settling at home to loose lead walking, recall, confidence building and navigating everyday life, each coaching session is carefully tailored to your puppy's progress, ensuring you receive the right guidance at the right time. This is more than a series of training sessions, it's a personalised coaching journey designed to help both you and your puppy thrive together. Your Puppy Coaching Programme includes four personalised coaching sessions, recommended to be completed over a four - six week period to provide consistency, build confidence and support steady progress throughout your puppy's early development. Every coaching programme is delivered using the latest science-led, evidence-based, force-free training methods, ensuring your puppy's emotional wellbeing, confidence and long-term success remain at the heart of every session. Following successful completion of the programme, should you wish to continue your puppy's development, additional coaching is available exclusively to programme graduates: Included ✓ One Foundation Consultation (60 minutes) ✓ Three Progress Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each) Continued Puppy Coaching – 2 Personalised Coaching Sessions: £152 Continued Puppy Coaching – Individual Coaching Session: £77 These sessions provide ongoing guidance as your puppy progresses through adolescence and new developmental stages. Once your programme has been purchased, I will personally contact you within one working day to welcome you, send your consultation questionnaire and programme documentation, and arrange your first coaching session at a mutually convenient time. Each subsequent session will then be scheduled together, ensuring your puppy progresses at the right pace throughout the programme. To ensure every owner receives the highest level of personalised support, programme places are reserved upon purchase. Please ensure you are happy to proceed before completing your booking. Cancellation Policy
Coaching Programme Policy, Terms & Conditions Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Coaching Programme. Your programme place is reserved upon receipt of payment. Within 24 hours of your purchase, I will personally contact you to welcome you to the programme, provide your consultation questionnaire and arrange your first coaching session. Cancellation Before Your First Session If you wish to cancel your programme before your first coaching session, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable UK consumer legislation. Where legally permitted, Enriched Dog Training UK reserves the right to deduct any reasonable administrative costs or non-refundable third-party payment processing charges incurred. Travel Home visits and real-life coaching within a 10-mile radius are included in your programme. Appointments beyond this distance will incur a travel fee of 50p per additional mile, calculated on the return journey. Any applicable travel costs will always be confirmed before your appointment is arranged. Rescheduling Appointments As your coaching sessions are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice should you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment. Where at least 72 hours' notice is provided, we will be happy to rearrange your session, subject to availability. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, will be considered delivered and that coaching session will be forfeited.
