Cancellation Policy

Discovery Call Booking Policy Welcome to Enriched Dog Training UK. To ensure I can help as many owners and dogs as possible, please review our policy for Discovery Calls: 1. Punctuality & Availability Your Slot: This is a dedicated 15-minute window. Please ensure you are in a quiet place and available to take the call at the scheduled time. The Call: I will call the number provided in your booking form. If there is no answer, I will attempt a second call 5 minutes later. If there is still no answer, the session will be marked as a "No-Show." 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your free call. Respecting the Diary: As an award-winning small business, my diary fills up quickly. If you cannot make it, please let me know so I can offer that slot to another dog owner in need of help. Missed Calls: If you miss your call without prior notice, we reserve the right to decline future free consultation requests. 3. The Scope of the Call Assessment, Not Training: This call is a diagnostic strategy session. We will discuss your dog’s history, struggles, worries and training goals/ outcomes. No Practical Training: For safety and insurance reasons, specific practical training advice or "how-to" coaching cannot be given until a full assessment has been booked and your dog seen in person by the Trainer. If during our chat we identify symptoms that suggest physical discomfort or pain, I may recommend a veterinary check-up.
