Cancellation Policy

1-to-1 Hourly Session Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy 1. Purpose This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both owners and trainers while allowing effective scheduling and preparation for 1-to-1 hourly sessions. 2. Booking Confirmation All 1-to-1 sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. By completing a booking, the owner agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. 3. Rescheduling and Changes to Bookings Owners may request to reschedule or amend a booked session provided that a minimum of seven (7) calendar days’ written notice is given prior to the scheduled session start time. Requests made with at least seven (7) days’ notice will be accommodated subject to availability, with no additional charge. Any approved rescheduled session must be completed within an agreed timeframe. 4. Late Changes and Cancellations Where a request to change, reschedule, or cancel a session is made less than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session: The session fee will be charged in full, as the time has been reserved and preparation undertaken. No refund or credit will be issued for the missed or cancelled session. A new booking and payment will be required to arrange a replacement session. 5. Non-Attendance Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full. 6. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Requests for consideration due to genuine emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Approval of any exception does not create a precedent for future bookings. 7. Policy Acceptance By booking a 1-to-1 hourly session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
